As part of the Population Health partnership between Novartis and DoH to tackle ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) and reduce the burden of CVD (cardiovascular disease) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, we are raising awareness on hypercholesterolemia as one of the main risk factors of CVD and empowering patients to take charge of their health through early diagnosis and better management of their disease.

#Novartis ran a dyslipidemia awareness and screening initiative for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi employees, themed “Unblocked – A movement for heart health” to educate them on ASCVD risk factors and normal cholesterol numbers and encourage regular check-ups while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
